Designed for effortless versatility, this recipe yields a rich, remarkably smooth cup with an unusually full body and low acidity. The magic lies in the Aeropress’s unique immersion and gentle air-pressure extraction, which extracts deep flavors rapidly while filtering out fine sediment for an exceptionally clean finish.
