Our History
Our journey is rooted in passion and origin, brought to life by founders Soomanna MM and Puja Soomanna. Uniting heritage and innovation, Soomanna - a third-generation planter who transitioned from corporate banking to his estate roots personally drove our circular model in the early days, hand-delivering coffee bags straight from his car trunk to fulfill our very first orders. Beside him, Puja shapes our brand identity and design-thinking ethos, drawing on her expertise in flavor science to lead countless tasting sessions until they perfected our timeless, signature house blend.
Together, their combined vision transforms Indian terroir into an elevated, origin-led coffee culture where sustainable agriculture, aesthetic refinement, and precise coffee-food pairings converge into something truly transcendent.

Our Coffee
We present each roast as a thoughtful expression of Indian terroir - sourced, cultivated, and brewed with precision to reveal its highest potential. Every cup we serve connects directly back to our partner farms, powered by tailored micro-lot programs and fair trade initiatives led with over 450 small and medium growers across India’s finest coffee-growing regions.
Our approach is rooted in direct stewardship and technical refinement. Through specialized agricultural initiatives via HumbleBean Agro, we work alongside our farming partners to elevate harvest quality and champion sustainable practices. From soil to cup, these rare, high-elevation harvests travel seamlessly into our cafes, coming to life at our tech-human interface brew bar.

Our space seamlessly marries cutting-edge innovation with mindful restraint. We pioneered consistent manual brewing by featuring India’s very first Modbar installation, an under-counter system that preserves minimalist aesthetics while delivering absolute extraction precision.
